Our friendly and courteous office staff is always happy to assist both existing and new patients throughout their dental visits. They will help you organize and manage your appointments and follow-up visits, as well as address any questions and concerns you may have.
Dr Leya Bahlou, Periodontist
Dr. Bahlou obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine with an international profile at the Faculty of Dentistry at Laval University. She then decided to join the multidisciplinary residency program at the University of Montreal to gain experience in a hospital setting (St-Justine Hospital, Notre-Dame Hospital, Chicoutimi Hospital, Louis-H Lafontaine Hospital).
In 2014, Dr. Bahlou pursued her postdoctoral studies in periodontics at Laval University. Additionally, she has published in the Journal of Oral Health and completed a Master’s degree in Dental Sciences on the prevalence of peri-implantitis and its related clinical factors.
Dr. Bahlou now practices periodontics and implantology in private clinics in Montreal, Laval, Saint-Eustache, and the West Island of Montreal. She is a Fellow-Élu of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Periodontics, a member of the Order of Dentists of Quebec, the Canadian Laser Institute, the Canadian Academy of Periodontology, the Association of Periodontists of Quebec, the Federation of Specialist Dentists of Quebec, and the American Academy of Periodontology.

Dr Youssef Bouhout, Periodontist
Dr. Youssef Bouhout obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2014 from Laval University. He then pursued additional training in multidisciplinary dentistry while practicing in a private office during that time. Dr. Bouhout went on to complete his specialization in periodontics at Laval University and obtained his Fellow title from the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in 2019. He also completed a Master’s degree in Dental Sciences focusing on laser treatment of periodontitis. Throughout his studies, he received several awards for academic excellence, including recognition for his professionalism and outstanding academic achievements during the second cycle.
His three-year training in periodontics has allowed him to specialize in surgical and non-surgical treatments for various periodontal diseases, as well as dental implant placement. He combines artistry with the most recent and effective techniques in the field of restorative and aesthetic gingival surgery, particularly with gum grafts.

Dr. Youssef Bouhout practices periodontics and implantology in the Montreal area and in Trois-Rivières. He is also involved in clinical teaching in the multidisciplinary residency program at the Montreal General Hospital, affiliated with McGill University.
Dr. Bouhout is always attentive to the well-being of his patients and meticulous in his care. His empathy, professionalism, and patience are key to establishing a climate of trust that is dear to him.
